John Huizinga with Sandy Weil, Chicago Booth School of Business
John Huizinga is the Walter David “Bud” Fackler Distinguished Service Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has been on the faculty since 1980 and from 1993 to 2004 served as Deputy Dean for Faculty. He has also held teaching positions at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Sloan School of Management at MIT. John received a B.A. in economics and a B.A. in mathematics from Pomona College and a Ph.D. in economics from the MIT.
John has been Yao Ming’s NBPA registered agent since Yao’s inaugural season, representing Yao in his dealings with the Houston Rockets, as well as with major endorsement partners.
